Sandy Aramid Mesh Method Sheet

By affixing this sheet to the inner surface of the formwork before casting concrete, the sheet positions itself near the surface of the concrete, thanks to its sand grain size, which ensures an appropriate cover thickness. Its lightweight, high strength, and durability help prevent concrete delamination and control surface cracking.

We provide products that are useful for the treatment of exhaust, wastewater, and oil from factories, which are important elements of environmental protection.

FILTER CARTRIDGE

A filter medium made from NANOFRONT™. The nanofibers, evenly dispersed and paper-formed in water, create a filter with very fine, uniform pore sizes. Heat bonding ensures fiber cohesion without using adhesives, resulting in a sharp pore size distribution.

BAG FILTER

A bag filter using NANOFRONT™ as the filter medium. The dense surface structure of the fiber layer enables both low pressure loss and high collection efficiency. We also offer high-strength types

OIL ADSORBENT NONWOVEN MATERIAL

This polypropylene (PP) oil absorbent sheet is developed by Unisel (a Teijin Group company).
Thanks to a proprietary manufacturing process that forms a porous fiber structure, it offers outstanding oil absorption capabilities.

TEPYRUS™

We are pursuing the heat resistance, dimensional stability, wet strength, and rigidity of polyester material, in addition to better dispersibility and uniformity of cut. It is used in air filters, oil filters, and RO membrane supports.

FIBROUS MEDIA FOR WASTEWATER

A specific fibrous media made of bundled polyamide fibers. Microorganisms attached to it remove organic matter (e.g., BOD) and suspended solids (SS) in wastewater.

DEHYDRATION AID

A special fiber for sludge dewatering. Its water-channeling effect greatly improves dewatering efficiency, reducing industrial waste volume by approximately 21%* and lowering heavy oil consumption, thereby reducing CO₂ emissions by approximately 32%*.

Thermal barrier solvent paint

It composed of two component curing that combines acrylic silicone resin with special fine ceramics. It reflects heat in the near-infrared range effectively, suppressing temperature increases on the painted surface and heat penetration into the interior. And also it achieves high surface stiffness and smoothness to create a glossy painted exterior and can be applied to truck cabins, mixer truck drums, playground equipment, and various industrial products.
